I had an exceptional stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Kodak East-Sevierville, Tennessee. The hotel is perfectly located, making it incredibly convenient to access local attractions and amenities. The property itself is stunningly modern, with sleek decor and up-to-date facilities that truly enhance the guest experience. The beds are absolutely incredible—so comfortable I didn’t want to leave! The entire hotel remains quiet, ensuring a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights is its unbeatable location right next door to Bass Pro Shop and The Chop House Steakhouse, both of which are fantastic attractions and dining options in Kodak. Randy Patrick, the General Manager, is truly outstanding. He goes above and beyond to make every stay perfect, no matter if you're there with a small group or a large organization. His attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction are unmatched. Check-in and check-out are seamless, thanks to his efforts to ensure all needs are met. Randy is one of the nicest individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. His hospitality made my visit memorable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kodak, pigeon Forge, or Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It’s a fantastic place with wonderful management and top-notch amenities!
Well to say my stay is fine except for the mini fridge makes a lot of noise. I called And they came and took a look. He went in other rooms to see if there was a difference, and he said it was the same level noise. I will unplug it. Our room window is nothing but fog? Cloudiness? It doesn't come off inside the room. I can't even look out. Everything else is good.
I want to thank the manager Randy and staff for our beautiful orchid they gave us for our stay. It was our Anniversary. We got married several years ago in Gatlinburg, TN. and we have been staying there for several years as well. We love the hotel, staff, and Kathy at the breakfast bar is a wonderful sweet lady. She always makes sure everyone has what they need before she closes up. Most wouldn't care, but not her!!! That's a 5 Star !! I love talking to her when we visit. Was blessed to have stayed there twice this year! The hotel is super clean and that's a pet peeve for me! The room was very clean. Front desk was super sweet. Breakfast was good. I stayed here on vacation over labor day.The front desk agent Alan was very welcoming and helpful. My room was on top floor and was very clean and inviting.The bed was so comfortable. The hotel it's self is very clean and welcoming as well. Our housekeeper Terry was very helpful with getting me needed supplies and keeping room clean. The am breakfast was hot, fresh and well stocked. My stay was a phenomenal experience! Will be staying here again! They deserve a 10 star rating!!! Thanks again for the fabulous stay!
Great room, clean and not noisy. We were on the first floor so I was a bit worried we'd hear everything, but nope. TVs could be a bit better and the HVAC unit could be a better, but nothing too bad. All breakfast was seemingly pre-frozen, but we didn't eat it so I can't say if it was good or not. Logan checked us in and was very quick. Good area right by Bass Pro Shops. A bit out of the way of all the hustle of Knoxville and Sevierville but close enough to everything to be convenient.
Convenient. Clean, comfortable and convenient Holiday Inn Express. Many features of this property seemed new or freshly updated. Free breakfast was standard and substantial. Indoor pool was nice and larger than I expected. Fitness Center also was decent. I think my favorite thing was the mattress, nice and firm.
Fantastic Holiday Inn Express. Comfortable bed, clean room. Large shower with great water pressure, so relaxing. The breakfast spread is one of the best I’ve had at any holiday inn express. Kathy did a wonderful job keeping the Breakfast items fresh and served with a smile. Friendly service, great clean rooms, delicious breakfast, fair prices… what’s not to love?
We stopped in for a quick one night stay while traveling, check in was a breeze. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Check out was great. Every staff member encountered was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay again
